Have you not paid taxes in years, do you still qualify to receive Taxpayers Stimulus Checks? I also fear that I could have passed over some relief because of not filing in recent years. Is there anyone, who can affirm whether or not individuals in this circumstance would still be able to collect checks or Do they need to perform anything to be able to qualify once more?
