Covimectin is a one-time medicine so if you forget to take it then take it whenever you remember. However, if you have already had your meal then take it before the next meal. Similarly, if your doctor has prescribed you more dosage and if you miss it then take the next pill on an empty stomach whenever you remember to take it.
