Audi S3 brake warning came on and the dealer wants 3500, surely there’s a better way

Little orange brake wear indicator popped up on my 2017 S3 this morning right as I was pulling into the office parking lot and I figured fine it’s just pads how bad could it be so I swung by the dealer on my lunch break to get a quick quote and the guy comes back with this printed sheet for three thousand five hundred dirhams including new rotors all around and sensors and I literally laughed out loud and asked him if he was serious and he just nodded with that deadpan service advisor face like he delivers this news twenty times a day and doesn’t feel a thing while I’m standing there trying to do mental math on how much brake pads actually cost and how much of that quote is just the shiny waiting room coffee and the free car wash that leaves swirl marks anyway.
